Binelek is the register for independent music — the Exchange, where songs are licensed with clean papers and everyone on a song is paid the second money moves — built by Torinagi LLC, with distribution to 220+ stores included. We started it because we make records too — and every deal we were offered wanted a piece of somebody’s name, brand, or masters in exchange for plumbing.
Distribution is plumbing, and plumbing shouldn’t own the house. Your masters are yours — before, during, and after us. Our license exists to deliver your music and ends when you say so.
Flat fees, no royalty cuts. Statements a human can read, and every cent traceable from a stream in São Paulo to your bank account.
People over tickets. Humans answer support. Disputes get human review, in writing, scoped to one release. We publish what we don’t do yet right next to what we do.
