Binelek is a service of Torinagi LLC. “We” and “us” below mean Torinagi LLC, operating as Binelek.
You grant Binelek a non-exclusive license to deliver your recordings to stores worldwide. You warrant the work is original and yours. You keep your masters and your publishing. The license ends on takedown, and your releases stay live if your subscription lapses.
When you list on the Exchange, each sale grants the buyer a non-exclusive, scoped license to the specific use you enabled, at or above your floor. Most uses (video, podcast, stems) are perpetual for that use; film, TV, and ad sync are fixed-term (1–3 years, renewable) with a granted territory and media; AI training is time-limited and revocable. A license’s scope, term, and expiry are recorded on the receipt both sides keep and shown at /verify. Turning a switch off stops new sales but does not cancel licenses already sold — those stand until their term ends.
A per-location subscription grants a business blanket background-play rights to the whole shelf for as long as it is active. It is billed monthly per location, cancellable anytime, and rights end when the subscription lapses. Plays are metered and pooled to the artists actually played.
Flat fees, no royalty cuts on distribution; a small per-sale cut on Exchange licenses. Payouts twice weekly via Stripe once stores report. Disputes are per-release with human review inside 48 hours and reasons in writing.
We collect what running distribution requires — account, catalog, payout details (held by Stripe, not us) — and sell none of it. Error monitoring and analytics are minimal and disclosed.
